The Ambrosia Quartet's own Rebecca Gilmore Phillips was featured alongside VSO violinist Yun Zhang and the Sentara Center for Music & Medicine's resident musician, pianist Prisca Benoît, in Beethoven's daring and rarely performed Triple Concerto under the direction of guest conductor Taeyoung Lee.

The Ambrosia Quartet, as part of the Virginia Symphony Orchestra's Community Engagement Program, performed a variety of light classical pieces including a trip around the globe, with as many colors and variations as the leaves of autumn. The Quartet expressed the beauty of the season through sounds that were crips, clear, and melodious in music for strings from the Baroque to the Modern periods.
